/CLIENT SCORECARD/

Unlike ad-hoc paper-based systems or one off web-based feedback surveys using tools such as survey monkey, the MTEC client scorecard provides a single, structured, integrated system for the complete management of customer feedback data. Alternatively customer feedback is often a small part of much more comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. While such systems require significant financial investment and operator training, the Client Scorecard is so simple to use it requires minimal training and is also very cost effective.
