Jackie Waring of Blue Horizons had a business idea. She wished to use software to measure staff attitudes to change initiatives. This would prove her with a supporting tool for her expanding consultancy.

After a discussion with Roger Thomas of Pharos Performance, Roger suggested that Jackie contacted MTEC as he correctly saw similarities with our Client Scorecard product. Within two weeks Jackie had a demonstrable version of the product she was able to use at presentations. Blue Horizons and MTEC are now working together in partnership to sell and further develop the Culture Pulse product.
